We work for the old, disabled, women, children and other backward sections of society to get equal opportunities with respect to health, education, vocational help, old age homes, etc.
Rural Integrated Development Organization (RIDO) is a nonprofit organization established in 1994 in Annamayya District, Andhra Pradesh. We work towards agriculture, education support, health, and women empowerment in Andhra Pradesh. We covered Annamayya District Mandals like Gurramkonda, Kalakada, Peddamandyam, Valmikipuram, Chinnamandyam Rayachoti, Sambepalle, Ramapuram,Galiveedu , Lakki Reddy Palle, Madanapalle, Nimmanapalle, Ramasamudram , Thamballapalle and Kurabalakota . Our Objectives: - To plan, and promote activities to motivate and empower disabled/challenged persons for their rights, and self-reliance. - To start and implement Sankalpa Kids Innovative Centers (after school term). - Taking care of elderly and needy children by establishing old age homes, daycare centers, children's homes, etc. - To Conduct health education and awareness about all medical problems and provide comprehensive medical care facilities. - To set up and maintain the Skill Development Training Center. - To appropriately plan the activities, uphold the dignity, and equality of the underprivileged, and protect and promote human rights. - To implement programs to help students acquire personality development, quality education, vocational and self-help training and outreach to achieve progressive rehabilitation.

A Study on Effect of the Application of Bio-Input by the Farmers
Our organization recently conducted a comprehensive study from February to March 2024, analyzing the impact of bio-input application among farmers participating in the MCRC Rural Development Programme in Andhra Pradesh. Specifically, we honed in on beneficiaries identified through the NGO WASSAN. The findings promise valuable insights into the efficacy of sustainable agricultural practices in enhancing rural livelihoods. This research underscores the importance of strategic partnerships in fostering sustainable development in agricultural communities.
Career Guidance Orientation Program
We conducted an orientation on career guidance, life skills, personality APRS development for girls, bad practices and their consequences, and future planning on 24.12.2023 at Gurrankonda. Totally 35 female students participated.

The Distribution of Folder Files for Certificates to 10th-grade Girls was conducted
A total of 37, 10th-grade students enthusiastically participated in our program and received folder files. These folders are essential for storing vital documents such as study certificates, marks lists, and Aadhaar cards, serving as a digital locker for the students. This initiative concluded successfully at the Andhra Pradesh Residential School for Girls on December 9, 2023, with support from the Shamdasani Foundation from Hong Kong. The students and school management expressed immense gratitude, and we eagerly anticipate continued support from the Shamdasani Foundation.
