Target Area Guramkonda of Chittoor District of Andhra Pradesh
Target Group People covering 40 Panchayats  of 4 mandals

Aims & Objectives

To provide “Free Health services , counseling and referral services to exciting providers” to the children of poor and marginal communities of the target area.

Goal of the Project

To provide Health Education and  Medical  Services to the needy.
Supporting Agency Organisation contribution , Local Donars, Beneficiary contributions.

Outcome
  • Many of the poor got the benefit of the health services through the Medical Camps conducted by the organisation.
  • Linkage made with the government and Private health services.
  • Doctors from Government and Private sector were participated in the camps and provided the Medicines and conducted IOL operations.

Mission To design and implement suitable programmes that capacitate and empower local community based organizations (CBO’s) to ensure their involvement to attain Integrated and Sustainable Development in close coordination with governmental and like minded agencies

Responsibility of Nodal/ Lead Agency

The Nodal Agency plays a vital role in the effective functioning of consortia. It is the link between the donors. Govt agencies and the members of the consortia. It takes the responsibility for the success of the project undertaken with transparency.

RAYALASEEMA REGION  of Andhra Pradesh

Target Group

Women, Children, Students, Disabled, Farmers and General Public.

Aims & Objectives
  • To provide and support the activities for sustainable and self reliance of the communities.
  • To identify the gaps in the present programmes, bring to the notice of the concern departments.
  • Encourage and Strengthening of the concerned groups

  3. Empowering  all such groups and ensure their participation each stage of process to owning the projects for sustainability.

ACHIEVEMENTS

1. Conducted Two “ Peoples Manifesto” awareness campaigns with contestants of political leaders of all parties  and local people, at Rajampet and Chittoor Parliaments constituencies with the support of WADA NA TODO ABHIYAN, New Delhi through COVA, Hyderabad.

2. Flood Relief: Lifted one Lorry of Rice, Dhal, Tamarind,Chillies,Books Slates, Biscuits, Clothes etc., to the flood victims of Kurnool District distributed the same in 3 villages by the members personally.
